Refund policy

How to return a damaged or defective item: We take pride in our reputation for developing and manufacturing high quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a KLC customer service agent within 14 days from the ship date at info@klawrencecollection.com and provide sales invoice number. If a return is authorized, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  The item must be returned in original package and wrapping, unused condition, in original package, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Write the RGA number on the outside of the box and on an enclosed piece of paper and ship along with the goods. When choosing a shipping method, the returns should be shipped by an insured and traceable method. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will email you notification of your refund or exchange and any credits will be applied through Shopify store.

No returns can be made on closeout, final sale or discontinued items. Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to that store.

Amend/Cancel Order: Change or cancellation of order is allowed BEFORE shipment. Change of order IS NOT allowed AFTER shipment. If K Lawrence agrees to accept a return of an item (or items) that have already been shipped, the customer must pay for outgoing and incoming shipping cost, plus a 10% restocking fee.
